Well, College Football is here. I was very excited by the UNC tarheels for the upcoming year. I was confident in our quarterback Joe Dailey who was cut by Nebraska for throwing too many intercceptions. I was impressed early on by him until he, THREW 2 INTERCEPTIONS!!! It wouldn’t have been too bad if the last one hadn’t have been on the last drive when they were trying to score to win the game. Instead UNC lost their home opener 21-16 to Rutgers. Now we have Va.Tech next weekend. Maybe we can win that. Hopefully Dailey will play like he did today without the damn interceptions. On a side note, freshman WR Nicks from Charlotte looked really good.
Football tonight

Ok, I watched an excellent game tonight and most of you probably did too. Notre Dame at G eorgia Tech. In the first half it was all GT and they were up 10-7 at Halftime. I guess Charlie Weis jumped on his team because they out played and outscored Tech in the second half. Notre Dame won a squeaker 14-10. It looked like Georgia Tech would have a chance to try to score but Brady Quinn dove over the line with a minute to go to convert a 4th and 1. I was pulling for the upset and didnt get it but I was not disappointed by the game. Calvin Johnson made some exciting catches tonight to show why he’s the best WR in the country.I can’t wait til next Saturday.

Damn detroit

Ok, a few weeks ago when we did our fantasy draft I got Charles Rogers with my last pick. Pretty safe bet with a last WR. Today, the damn detroit (this is how I will refer to them all year for this) Lions cut Rogers. What are they thinking because he’s a good WR. I did cut him from my team and was able to find Peerless Price. Maybe he’ll have a good year.

Movies Last Night

Last Night and today I watched 4 movies and here is what I thought of the movies, They are all on dvd so odds are most of you have seen them. First I saw Nicolas Cage in The Weatherman. I thought this was going to be a comedy but it wasn’t. It was a serious movie with some funny parts. Overall I thought this was a good movie and to see Michael Caine explaining what a camel toe is was hilarious. I definitely recommend this movie but don’t expect a comedy. The next one I saw was Inside man starring Denzel Washington and Jodie Foster. This was my favorite movie of the four. At first you think the bad guys are going to rob the bank just to get rich. They do it to get rich but theres some other motive for this and they do a damn good job of pulling it off. Thats all I will say so as to avoid spoiling it for anyone who hasn’t seen it but I recommend you go check this movie out. The third movie I saw was The Sentinel. Being a fan (addict) of 24, it was good to see Keifer Sutherland in a similar role as a Secret Service agent. This also stars Michael Douglas and Eva Longoria
(who is the hottest actress to me right now….damn, she’s sexy..I might have to find a picture of her for this post). Michael Douglas stars as a secret service agent who is suspected of plotting to kill the president and he must prove his innocence. This movie is really good. The last movie I saw today was Silent Hill. I’m not really a fan of horror movies but this was ok. It was kind of far-fetched but the end of the movie will leave you saying DAMN!!! I don’t think you will be disappointed with any of these movies……Isn’t she sexy in that bikini…I love Maxim.
